Though rota moulding is our prime function, Imagenta go further in serving their customer base. Many of our rota mouldings require extensive post machining either as simple hand routing, drilling and welding or more complex CNC finishing to achieve a finished product.

We routinely assemble multiple mouldings into a finished product adding electronic and mechanical devices and delivering to our customers packed and fully tested to go straight to market.

Our customer relationships are such we often deliver straight to their end user cutting out the cost of double handling and warehouse space.

Where products go straight to market Imagenta will work with you in identifying cost effective packaging and delivery systems to present your product professionally, efficiently and to an agreed standard.

Many of the products Imagenta produce require specialist marking and finishing, we apply both in-mould and post applied printed decals to many of our custom and own products and routinely handle the design and procurement of these systems for our customers.

In addition we have the ability through our subcontractors to produce painted and soft form finishes to mouldings to achieve automotive standard finishes.
